Bourbon Street Neon, New Orleans, before the darkness

I was determined to post a picture of New Orleans, regardless of the Photo Friday theme. My relatives have safely evacuated so there is a some relief for me. My heart goes out to all who have lost loved ones and have had their lives turned upside down by Katrina.
